I know, I know... I went for the stereotypical title. Not the biggest fan of Taylor Swift but this song does a great job of getting the point across. Yay, I'm 22! I would be lying if I didn't say I'm not too excited about getting older. Personally, 21 is the perfect age. Not too old, not too young. Now, I'm really getting into my twenties. Don't get me wrong. I know there are a lot of perks in getting older but I'm not too fond of the crap ton of responsibilities that follow. I've heard and seen this quite a lot,

This is the only time in my life, I can get away with being selfish and taking more time for myself. Once, I settle down and have kids, my wants will take a backseat. Every decision I make will dramatically affect my *currently fictional* kids and husband. That's why I plan enjoy my twenties even though I'm not too excited about getting older. As always, I am forever grateful to add another year to my life. Thank you, God! I just finished having dinner and cutting my cake. Now, I'm off to my massage appointment. I'm getting a Swedish massage. Can't wait to be relaxed and surrounded by sweet scented candles! I hope you guys are having a wonderful day as well.
